couldn't access the article, but I'm kind of surprised by this. Ursula is the only fat villain I can think of in Disney cartoons. Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty, the wicked queen in snow white, Jafar in Aladdin, Scar in the Lion King: all noticeably skinnier than the hero or heroine.
