I don't think that woman is white. Her skin is pale, but I know African-Americans with fairer skin than that, and she has a strong AAVE accent. And the other people harrasing Elder look more like skinheads than Liberals. (except for the one masked black guy). They may just hate Elder because his policies are ridiculous.
