I don't think the title is quite right for what you are trying to say. You should have written this:
Why "white fragility" is racist.
Without the quotes, the words "white fragility" refer to a human vice, not to a book. It's Diangelo who thinks that white fragility is racist, not you. So the quotation marks, or lack thereof, actually give the sentence an exactly opposite meaning.
