I think that's more or less right. I think the non-Gendered categories will more less correspond to the Gendered ones, but this fine tuning will deal with the people who are currently being excluded by this system. Transwomen whose HRT have completely feminized their bodies will be able to play against Ciswomen, and Ciswomen who are now excluded from playing against other Ciswomen will be able to compete against Men. Probably also be a lot short men on women's basketball teams.
