I think you’re basically right, although there is some ambiguity in what we mean by “world“ that provides some plausibility, and perhaps even support for her argument. As I said, I think the problem that the fetus possesses first order potentiality for consciousness is a bigger problem for her. I don’t think a fetus possesses right-to-life consciousness however.
