I used to play Bullwinkle the Moose in a traveling show that performed in movie theaters. We had an improvised script, and one night I took the costume head off, and the villain came out holding the head saying he had cut Bullwinkle's head off. Fortunately, Dr. Dolittle was also in the show, and he performed emergency surgery off stage. I came out at the end of the show with my head back on, and all the kids cheered. Nobody sued us.
