Nope. Any man who accidentally gets a woman pregnant is in this position if the woman decides to have the baby anyway. I know a few men who were put in that position, sometimes because the woman wanted the man to marry her, and sometimes because she wanted to raise the baby on her own.
I think that's an ethically dubious thing for a woman to do, especially if she demands child support for a child he didn't want. But there is no moral way you can make that illegal. Any right to make this decision possessed by the father is equally possessed by the mother, and she has the additional trump card of it being her body. It's as morally wrong to force a woman to have an abortion as it is to force her to have a baby. So Gentlemen, be careful.
