People are exhausted by anti-racism work because the time has passed for carrying signs and marching. What we need is concrete action, not just statements that we need more concrete action. Because the protests have changed what is politically possible, we now need to make some of those possibilities actual. A good example of those concrete actions is described in your other medium articles. As a real estate agent, you are especially well-positioned to see racism at work in the buying and selling of houses, and you gave us excellent concrete descriptions of what sort of behavior can no longer be tolerated in the real estate business if we are to fight racism. Everyone needs to do that in their professional lives, which means there will not be as many vague pronouncements about fighting racism in general, and more research into the specific ways racism manifests in each aspect of society.
