Sometimes I choose not to debate someone because we have so many areas of disagreement that it isn't worth the trouble to respond to everything you object to. I think that was what motivated Super Ms. C's response. There's nothing intellectually dishonest about that, although I can understand why you would find it insulting. It doesn't necessarily have to be taken that way, however. Some people want to talk to you, and some don't. That's just the way life is.
