Sure, you can say that if you want. It's not an indefensible position. But if you want to have an argument about anything else with someone who uses these new definitions, and not just a fight, there's no reason not to accept these new definitions and go on from there. Everybody recognizes that bigotry is also bad, so anything you wanna say against racism against whites can be said by calling it bigotry.
