That does not logically follow from the quote above, and I don’t think that’s what Chapelle intended to say. He said all people who give birth are women. He did not say all women are people who give birth, or its logical equivalent: No person who doesn’t give birth is a woman. There are lots of cis women who can’t have children. there’s no reason to assume that he was claiming that either they or trans women were not really women.
