The problem is not that these women used to dress that way. It is that they feel they have to give it up when they get serious jobs. It is racist to think there is something "Ghetto" and irresponsible about those styles. It is not racist to wear those styles because you like them. If all those women continued to dress in those styles while on the job, it would be impossible for employers to penalize them and still hire the best talent. Then the discrimination against Black Hair styles and clothing would finally be abolished, and everybody could wear what they like. It's wrong for anyone, whether an employer or a woke blogger, to tell someone else how to dress.
