there's no analogy here if the woman is passed out. But in cases where she is "gassed" but still conscious, she might respond to the man's advances, even though she would never to do so if sober. It would be wrong to excuse the man by saying that she was showing her " true self" while drunk. That is what many people were saying about Clapton's drunken rant. in that case I think the analogy is valid, as both accusations would be wrong.
