These Two phrases contradict each other:

"No one is trying to censor you"

Note that the author says " a theory" not "your theory" . That means any theory of freedom of expression is flawed, or in other words there's nothing wrong with censoring people. So yes the author, and others, are trying to censor you, and sometimes succeeding
