If she pulled back, he stopped. No forced kissing involved.

Disney is very aware of these social changes, however. I bet they’ll change the lyric of the song to “ask the girl“. or maybe have some dialogue beforehand or afterwards that acknowledges this change. Perhaps the prince will lean forward say “May I k — -”, then the boat will get tipped over by the two Moray eels.
