Wow, that is definitely 100% industrial strength Stonecold Racism, that should be undeniably obvious to even the most clueless white guy. I may be kidding myself, but I'm pretty sure that her behavior would be illegal in the United States. People flout the law all the time, and I wouldn't have the experience to confirm or deny that this kind lof thing still happens here anyway. But my guess would be that a Racist American employer would make some other excuse for not hiring a black person, to protect themselves from lawsuits. Am I right about this? Any input from someone with first hand experience and/or legal knowledge would be appreciated.
