you acknowledged once that there is a racial element in police beatings, and that was because I asked you about it. You often link to articles that talk about both race and class, but you cherry-pick all the references to class and ignore the references to race. That’s why a lot of people who comment on your articles think you are denying that racism exists at all. (that and the fact that a lot of people really do argue on Medium that racism no longer exists).
In your article on black enslavers, you don’t mention that the links for that article point out that almost all black enslavers were mixed race children of white masters, and thought of themselves as being basically white. this is the kind of interaction between class and race which you regularly ignore, because it conflicts with your agenda of reducing everything to class. “Prioritizing” is too weak a word for this kind of class reductionism.
It won’t do to say that “other people are writing about racism“. If you have anything important to say about the relationship between class and race (and I think you do), your ideas about race will not be captured by those who ignore class the way you ignore race.
